In my previous career, I worked in social media marketing and market research. Much of my experience in those areas informs my work as a UX Designer: understanding the audience and creating content targeted to their needs; analyzing data and using insights to iterate on strategy; communicating insights; digital storytelling.

Chime is a mobile shopping app that lets shoppers chat with local stores to buy fashion and get style advice.
Created the tagline for the brand.
Designed a storyboard to help merchants and investors visualize how the app works.
Created social media posts and graphics that resulted in app downloads.
Curated content on social media targeted towards audience interests.
AICPA is a professional organization for CPAs.
I grew their social communities:

Data analysis and content strategy
I analyzed social media data, communicated insights and created content strategy. I also identified, researched and executed opportunities to further engage audiences and promote AICPA conferences, products, publications and webcasts.
